So how does it work?
Well, the Clicki Phone Desktop software sends the phone number to us via the magic of the interweb. The number is then stored in a password-protected database that only your device & PIN combination can access. When you connect with the correct login info from your device, the Clicki Phone iPhone App automatically pulls the new number down and deletes it from the database.
If that sounds confusing, don't worry! All you need to know is that you have Clicki Phone software running on your desktop and on your iPhone. You right-click a contact and select Clicki Phone: Call using my iPhone from the menu.
Will it work on EDGE and 3G?
Yes! As long as your iPhone has internet access (via EDGE, 3G, or WiFi), and your Mac / PC has internet access, Clicki Phone will work!
Do I have to leave Clicki Phone (iPhone) running?
Nope. You can leave the app closed until you'd like to use it. One of the cool features of Clicki Phone is that you do leave the app running, it will only poll for the number when it detects that you've picked up your iPhone!
